You can manage cookies through your browser settings and, where available, the privacy controls provided by the relevant service. Restricting cookies or similar technologies may affect certain features. Browser cookie settings may not control every technology used within an application.

If you provide personal data about another person, such as a household member or authorised project contact, please ensure that you are authorised to provide it and that the person has been informed of the relevant purposes described in this Policy.
Please provide only information reasonably necessary for your enquiry or project.
2. How We Use Your Information

2.3 Business Administration
We may use personal data for appointment scheduling, invoicing, payment and refund administration, customer relationship management, internal record keeping, and the administration of contracts and customer support.
2.4 Enquiry Follow-up and Event Administration
We may use information collected through advertisements, referrals, and offline events to administer registrations, respond to requests, arrange consultations, and provide requested estimates or information.
Providing contact details for an enquiry or attending an event does not, by itself, constitute consent to unrelated or ongoing promotional communications.
2.5 Direct Marketing
Where you have consented, we may send offers, promotions, event invitations, and information about Mablle’s services through your selected channels, including email, telephone, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Optional marketing consent is separate from information reasonably required to respond to an enquiry or deliver a requested service. Declining or withdrawing optional marketing consent will not affect the delivery of services you have requested.
You may opt out using the instructions in our communications or by contacting hello@mablle.com.
For marketing communications to Singapore telephone numbers, we comply with applicable Do Not Call requirements, including registry checks where required, unless the necessary consent or an applicable exception or exemption exists.
2.6 Digital Service Improvement and Performance Marketing
We may use technical, usage, and campaign information to improve our website and digital services, understand how people interact with them, identify the source of enquiries, and measure advertising effectiveness.
Where we undertake personalised advertising or remarketing, and subject to applicable consent requirements, we may use relevant interaction data to display advertisements to people who have engaged with our website, applications, or campaigns.
Where customer-list matching or similar-audience advertising is used, and with the necessary consent, we may provide identifiers such as email addresses or telephone numbers to advertising platforms to match audiences, deliver relevant advertisements, exclude existing customers from campaigns, or identify audiences with similar characteristics. These identifiers may be provided in hashed form. Hashing does not necessarily make personal data anonymous.
2.7 Legal Compliance and Security
We may use personal data to detect misuse or unauthorised access, protect our systems and records, investigate complaints, resolve disputes, comply with legal or regulatory obligations, and protect the rights, safety, or property of Mablle, our customers, and other individuals where permitted by law.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data.
We disclose personal data only for the purposes described in this Policy, with the necessary consent or as otherwise permitted or required by law.
3.1 Project Delivery Partners
We may share relevant information with contractors, suppliers, vendors, carpenters, electricians, renovation teams, installers, logistics providers, photographers, stylists, and other partners involved in providing your services.

- Site-access and appointment arrangements.
- Drawings, design files, measurements, and specifications.
- Material and product selections.
- Relevant quotations, work scopes, and schedules.
- Project photographs, progress records, and defect information.
- Instructions, decisions, and approvals required to perform the work.
We limit disclosure to what is reasonably necessary for the recipient’s role, such as preparing a quotation, fabricating an item, arranging delivery, performing installation, or resolving a defect.
3.2 Technology and Business Service Providers
We may share personal data with providers supporting our operations, including IT support, hosting, cloud storage, analytics, customer relationship management, project management software, communications, invoicing, payment administration, and customer support services.
3.3 Marketing and Event Service Providers
Where engaged, and subject to applicable consent requirements, we may share relevant lead information, registration details, campaign information, online identifiers, and conversion events with marketing agencies, event service providers, advertising platforms, and analytics providers.
Such disclosures support the relevant event, enquiry handling, campaign operation, advertising measurement, or audience activities described in Section 2.
Sharing information for project delivery does not, by itself, authorise a recipient to use that information for its own unrelated marketing.
3.4 Protection of Shared Information
We require partners receiving personal data from us to protect it and use it only for the intended, authorised purpose.
Where a service provider processes personal data on our behalf, we require it to act within the scope of that engagement and apply appropriate safeguards.
3.5 Legal Disclosures
We may disclose personal data where required by Singapore law or a lawful government request, or where otherwise permitted by law to protect rights, safety, or property, investigate misuse, or address legal claims.
4. Data Security
We maintain reasonable safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal, and similar risks.
Our safeguards include secure servers, encrypted communications, access restrictions, measures to prevent unauthorised disclosure, and regular security reviews.
Access to personal data is restricted according to relevant responsibilities and operational needs.
No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. Where a personal data breach occurs, we will assess it and make notifications to the Personal Data Protection Commission and affected individuals where required by the PDPA.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as it remains necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or for legal or business purposes.
Relevant considerations include:
- Responding to enquiries and delivering requested services.
- Administering active projects and customer accounts.
- Providing warranty, rectification, and after-sales support.
- Maintaining financial, contractual, and other required business records.
- Resolving complaints, disputes, or legal claims.
- Maintaining appropriate consent and opt-out records.
Different categories of information may require different retention periods.
When retention is no longer necessary, we securely delete or anonymise the information, or otherwise cease retaining it in a form that identifies an individual.
6. International Transfers
Our primary operations are in Singapore. However, personal data may be stored or processed outside Singapore where we use overseas service providers or systems, including cloud storage, hosting, analytics, communications, project management, or advertising services.
Where we transfer personal data outside Singapore, we take appropriate steps to ensure that it receives a standard of protection comparable to that required under the PDPA, in accordance with applicable transfer requirements.
7. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our website and digital services may contain links to, or integrations with, third-party websites and services.
Those third parties may collect or process information under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or independent privacy practices of external websites and services. We encourage you to review their policies before providing information.
This does not remove our responsibilities under the PDPA for personal data that we disclose to third parties.
8. Photography, Testimonials, and Project Showcases
We may collect project photographs and videos for operational purposes, including design planning, progress monitoring, quality checks, defect resolution, and handover.
With your explicit consent, we may also use project photographs or videos for:
- Publication on our website or other customer-facing channels.
- Marketing, advertising, and social media.
- Awards submissions or editorial publications.
Where a proposed showcase includes your name, testimonial, identifiable likeness, or identifying property details, we will explain the intended use and obtain the necessary consent.
Consent to public marketing or a project showcase is separate from the use of photographs and records required to deliver and document your project.
You may withdraw your showcase or publicity consent by contacting us. We will explain the effect of withdrawal and cease the relevant future use or disclosure as required by law, including taking appropriate steps concerning material within our control. Withdrawal may not enable us to recall printed material already distributed or copies independently retained by third parties.
9. Consent, Access, Correction, and Policy Changes
9.1 Notification and Consent
We notify individuals of the purposes for collecting, using, or disclosing personal data on or before collection, or before a new use or disclosure, where required by the PDPA.
We may provide additional notices at particular collection points, including website forms, application onboarding, advertising lead forms, and event registrations. Those notices supplement this Policy.
Accessing our website, using our services, or acknowledging this Policy does not, by itself, constitute consent to optional marketing or every activity described in this Policy.
Where consent is not required because a legal exception or another basis under the PDPA applies, we will act within the conditions of that basis.
9.2 Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw consent to the collection, use, or disclosure of personal data by giving reasonable notice through the contact details in Section 10.
We will explain the likely consequences of withdrawal. Depending on the information and purpose concerned, withdrawal may affect our ability to continue a particular service.
We will cease the relevant collection, use, or disclosure after withdrawal takes effect, unless it is otherwise permitted or required by law. Withdrawal does not automatically require deletion of records that we must or may lawfully retain.
Marketing opt-outs may also be submitted through the unsubscribe or opt-out instructions in our communications. We will act on them within applicable legal timeframes.
9.3 Access and Correction
Subject to applicable legal exceptions, you may request:
- Access to personal data in our possession or under our control.
- Information about how that personal data has been used or disclosed during the year preceding your request.
- Correction of an error or omission in your personal data.
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and understand your request.
We will respond in accordance with the PDPA. If we cannot respond to an access request within 30 days, we will inform you within that period of when we expect to respond. Where a reasonable access fee applies, we will inform you before proceeding.
Please notify us when relevant contact or project information changes so that our records can remain accurate.
9.4 Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Policy to reflect changes in our services, practices, or legal requirements. The current version will be published with its “Last Updated” date.
Publication of a revised Policy or continued use of our services does not, by itself, constitute consent to a new purpose. Where required by law, we will notify you and obtain consent before collecting, using, or disclosing personal data for that new purpose.
